Westry Village Townhomes is a proposed 66-unit townhome project located in Poulsbo’s largest shopping center; College Marketplace Northwest. It offers convenient, walkable access to the center’s amenities including the Western Washington University and Olympic College Campus, Starbucks, Cascade View Medical Center, Fairfield Inn, and Home Depot. There are numerous dining options and a multitude of consumer and retail services.
Westry Village is a partially developed pad-site that was approved under a prior master plan and development agreement approval (the Olhava Master Plan). The benefits include:
- a simplified SEPA review to verify the project does not exceed prior SEPA thresholds
- Traffic impact fees that are significantly lower compared to other projects in Poulsbo
- A regional storm pond has that has been designed and built to accept flows from Westry Village
- All utilities are either stubbed to the site or run lengthwise along the property.
The project has an approved site plan with a full staff report available for interested parties. An initial grading permit is in hand, and full architectural drawings are available.
